Returns No returns on special order items, electrical parts, installed parts, literature or race apperal that has been worn. Shipping charges are non refundable. Warranties
Most parts sold have thier own warranties given by the manufacturer, and is passed on to the customer. Labor costs of parts are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping
FREE SHIPPING ON ALL UPS GROUND SHIPMENTS THAT ARE $100 AND OVER, and that are shipped within the continental US (excluding Hawaii and Alaska), and for all packages that are 30 pounds or less and not considered oversized. Shipments under $100 will be $9.95.
PLEASE NOTE: 2005 Mustang Parts : Since these parts are new, they are being shipped factory direct. Shipping on most parts will be $9.95 unless they are considered oversized.
OVERSIZED PACKAGE GUIDELINES : A package is defined as large when the size of the package exceeds 130 in. (330 cm) in length and girth combined.
HANDLING CHARGES: There will be a $5.00 handling charge per box, unless parts are already pre boxed.
Although, we try to put as many items in one box to save the customer on shipping, we still may use multiple boxes to prevent damage to parts caused by over packing a box. Customers will be notified within 24 hours via email with shipping amounts before orders are shipped. All Orders are shipped by United Parcel Service (UPS), unless specified by the customer.
FRIEGHT CHARGES: Orders that do not fall under UPS weight and size limits will be shipped truck frieght (Example: Fenders, Hoods, Doors).
International shipment are to be prepaid including shipping costs. Customers will notified within 24 hours with shipping costs.
